Consistent results as always

This wasn't my first time using Indeed AU, and as usual, it delivered. I've used their Sponsored Jobs multiple times before, and this recent one was just as effective. The flow for posting a job hasn't changed much, which is good for consistency. We got quality applicants for our open role, similar to previous campaigns. Their platform is reliable, and it's why I keep coming back for our recruitment needs. It's a solid choice when we need to fill positions quickly.

Worked out pretty good!

Needed to hire someone and decided to try Indeed AU. Posted a job and it was pretty easy to get it up there. Had some good candidates apply, which was a relief. The whole process felt pretty smooth, not too much hassle. Definitely helped me find some good people for the team.

Solid service, few snags

I used Indeed AU to post a job and manage candidates. Overall, it's a good platform. Setting up the Job Advertising was simple, and we received a decent number of applications. The Candidate Management Tools are useful for tracking everyone. My only small complaint was when I tried to update the credit card details; it felt a bit clunky, and I had to click around more than I expected. But the job was approved quickly, and we eventually found a good hire. Value for money was there.

How do I cancel an Indeed job posting?

D DavidWong 1 week ago ✓ Best Answer
Go to your Employer Dashboard, find the job, and there should be an option to 'Pause' or 'Close' the job. Closing it stops it completely.

S SamiraAli 1 week ago
Is it instant?
3
D DavidWong 1 week ago
Yes, pretty much.
4
J JessicaChen 1 week ago
Just remember to close it if you don't want more applicants, pausing just hides it temporarily.

Got it, thanks!

My Indeed promo code isn't working. Any ideas?

M MichaelLee 2 hours ago ✓ Best Answer
Check the expiry date first. Also, some are only for specific products like sponsored jobs, not resume search.
5
S SarahWong 2 hours ago
Mine was for first-time users only, found that out the hard way.
6
E EmilyClark 41 minutes ago
And sometimes they're region specific.
7
J JamesTurner 1 hour ago
Could be a typo when you entered it. Or it's already been used if it's a one-time code.
5
E EmilyClark 43 minutes ago
Definitely re-typed it a few times.

Is Indeed AU generally considered the best job site in Australia?

T TomWilson 2 hours ago ✓ Best Answer
For sheer volume of applicants, probably. Most people start their job hunt there.
8
L LauraDavies 2 hours ago
Seek is still up there too.

C ChloeBrown 56 minutes ago
Yeah, but Indeed has more free options.
2
D DanielEvans 3 hours ago
Depends on the industry. For corporate, probably Seek is still strong. Trades, maybe other sites.

Anyone actually get that free job posting credit on Indeed AU?

L LiamMurphy 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
Yeah, I did. It popped up after I signed up for a new employer account. Look for it in your dashboard.

I think it's for first-time posters only. Haven't seen one in ages.

It's pretty good for finding candidates for specific skills. The filters are decent. Not cheap though.

Trying to use a promo code for Indeed. Where do you enter it?

H HannahKing 1 week ago ✓ Best Answer
It's usually on the billing page before you finalise payment for a sponsored job. There should be a small link that says 'Add promo code' or something similar.
17
B BenCarter 1 week ago
Sometimes it's hidden a bit.
5
C ChrisNguyen 1 week ago

L LauraScott 1 week ago
If you're on a custom plan, sometimes they apply it directly, so you might not see a box.
